Suggestion - Minimum fee

Hi,

I think a "Minimum fee" setting for suppliers/services would be a very nice addition.

Have Wordbee automatically cost tasks at their minimum fee in case the normal cost is below it (maybe show an indicator/popup about this when costing).

What do you think?
