Wordcount overview
When using the workflow function ‘crowd source’ for standard project, it is difficult to see which translator has done what translation job. As can be seen in print screen 1 & 2, you first have to hoover over status to see which translator has took on the job and then need to go to word count.
An overview wherein both the translator and word count can be seen, would come in handy since we are using a different tool for the billing. We need to copy the word counts per translator to this program.
Is there a possibility to see the word count per client and per translator as is possible in codyt projects (see print screen 3)? Or is there an option to make a summary per project with this information?

If you use the assignment mode "crowd source jobs" the behaviour of the word counts will be the same for standard and codyt projects. In fact, individual costing is not supported for this option, as stated on the workflow template page:
The crowd sourced option has been implemented for voluntary translations and is mainly used by NGO's or translations by fans or similar.If you need the individual pricing per supplier, I would recommend you to use the assignment mode "Automatically propose to groups of suppliers" instead. If you want several people to work on one job, you might split the job in several pieces and assign them to different supplier.

Thanks for the information about the "crowd source" option, it helps a lot.
I have a question about the "Automatically propose to groups of suppliers" mode. I would like to know if they are all invited at once or the one after the other? For this client we have a group of 6 translators who know themselves which documents they need to translate, for this reason it is important that all translators are invited at once.

If you choose the assignment option "Automatically propose to groups of suppliers" all members of the first supplier group selected will receive at the same time the job notification. Once the first person has accepted the job proposal, it is no longer available for the other suppliers in the group. If all suppliers decline the job or did not answer within a predefined time frame you can enlarge the proposal to a second group for example:
In your case it will probably not be useful to use the option of supplier groups unless they all work on different languages, as only one person can accept the job.
As far as I understand one translator will handle one (or several) documents in your specific project. In this case I would recommend you to use a codyt project where one job per document (and task and language) is created automatically with a manual assignment for the workflow. You just need to move to the job tab within the project afterwards and can assign the jobs in a batch mode by clicking on 'Manage jobs' > 'Assign jobs':

Thank you for the very clear instructions!
Indeed every project contains different documents, however all documents within one project have to be translated by the same translator. So, the standard project in combination with the Automatically propose to groups of suppliers mode is a good solution.
Hopefully in this way the word count is easily matched with the correct translator.Kind regards,
