Error "conversion failed" for PDF

When I am trying to use the PDF converter to attached a document I get the following error: "conversion failed".

That mean that the page size of the  PDF was larger than supported by Word. The maximum page size in word is 22x22 Inch (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/95109) . So you have to re-size it prior to convert it.
