Hello,

When trying to perform a file preparation job (first step in our workflow which consists on preparing the source file for translation, checking the tags, the segmentation, the display of the text in the translation editor etc.) i have this error massage

Could you please look at this ?

  Can you create a ticket on zendesk with details like the username, user profile, project name, job name and document name ?
