Clear QA issues
AnsweredIs it possible to clear false positive issues in a way that a rerun of the QA understands those are not "issues" in the case of this translation?
Today I found the option of "completing" the job from within the new editor, but I am not allowed to because it says the file has errors. However, the only error detected is a spelling error but the word is correctly spelled, it is just not in the dictionary used by WordBee spellchecker. This leads to another question: would it be possible to "ignore all" like all other spellcheckers have for words that are false positives?
Thank you so much for your help!

Hello Maria,
The Wordbee development team is currently working on a new online tool to manage your quality assurance issues more efficiently.
Sadly for the moment, it's not possible to manage the false positive results, however, in your case, you can add a new word at your dictionary when you make a right click on the "misspell word".You also have the possibility to clear the quality assurance report for specific or all translations.
- You can find the action "Clear QA issues" in the section "Qa check" of the top menu bar to clear the QA issues on the document (for a selected language).
- And in the three dots menu of each segment language cell, you have the action "Clear QA issue" to remove its remarks.
Best regards,
Mikael
