Hi there,

Can users (with only View rights) suggest new terms? Is there a button in the global search?

  Hi Dominique,

  Yes, authorized users can suggest new terms in Global Search. Users can also report an incorrect translation/suggest a change to an existing translation.

  • To suggest a new term, users need to click the option "Add record" at the top-right corner of the page.
  • To suggest a change to an existing translation, users need to click the flag icon to the right of the search results in Global Search.

  

   

  Note that you need to have the right R702 - "Can submit suggestion from the Global Search page" enabled in the access rights for the relevant user profile.
  You also need to have a translation memory selected to which users can add suggestions for new terms and translations. You will find this option in Settings > Global Search.
