How frequent does Business Analytics get updated?

Hi Support,

 

How frequent does the reports in Business Analytics get updated? We have some new project on going this week on the platform and I think the reports shown in Business Analytics are out-dated. It seems that the Business Analytics reports are last updated on Monday this week.

 

May I ask if any action by our platform Admin can trigger update of reports?

  Another question:

   

  If the project details have been updated, for example, the start date was changed from 1 Jan 2018 to 31 Dec 2017, does the project number shown in Analytics page of year 2018 get updated?

  Hello Jessica,

  it appears that it takes 3-4 days for the platform data to be visible in Business Analytics.
  So, it is possible that data from Tuesday this week are not yet available.

  For the second question I am still checking.
