Video subtitling translation tool

I'm assuming this tool is the same as the "Video module for subtitle preview." Question: Is there any detailed setup procedure available for this tool (other than the "Video module for subtitle preview" instructions)?

  You only need to mark an srt or vtt file for translation. In the editor, you will then find a little camera symbol on the top left of your screen. Just click on it... the rest is pretty self-explanatory.
