  Yes this is possible.

  You can directly upload .oft files to Wordbee Translator or Beebox (available as of February 5 2016). 

  For your information: .oft is the extension used by Microsoft Outlook for saving email templates. To create such a file, double click an email and save the message. In the format options you will find .oft.
